Apartment 13 is recently refurbished ground-floor accommodation, ideally situated in a quiet residential area within a few minutes level walk to Bath city centre. The apartment has one double bedroom , bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin, lounge and breakfast/ dining area and kitchen. The apartment is completely non-smoking. To the rear there is an outside patio area.
The bedroom has a 5ft double bed, spacious wardrobe, dresser, tea and coffee making facilities, hair-drier, full length mirror and television. A travel cot can be accommodated within the bedroom. The lounge has a sofa, which converts easily to a double bed to sleep two extra people. The lounge area also has a wide-screen TV with DVD player and a selection of DVD films.
The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The kitchen is serviced with cutlery, plates, bowls, cups & sauces, glasses as well as cooking utensils including sauce pans, frying pan and wok. The apartment has other amenities including iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Bed linen, towels and bathroom condiments are also provided.
Check-in can be made from early afternoon onwards on the day of arrival; the apartment is normally serviced and available from 2 pm. For those coming by car, on-street parking is available close to the apartment with a parking permit which is provided free of charge during your stay. The apartment should be vacated by 10:30 am on the morning of departure.
